All outgoing freight is sent via our courier COPE Sensitive Freight.
Please ensure that there is someone available at the location during business hours on the day to sign for goods. If goods are unable to be received on first delivery, goods must then be collected by you from your nearest COPE depot.

Excel HiFi Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit. We will do our best to ensure that all parcels arrive
intact and on time.
For your own peace of mind insurance can be organised through Excel HiFi and
COPE, however excess is extremely high.
If insurance is required, we suggest you contact an insurance broker.
