Sensitive Freight Courier Information
As Excel HI FI strives at all times to provide a superior service to all our customers and all our Quality product requires sensitive handling, we have chosen Cope Sensitive Freight as our national Courier. Please note that is why we might not be the cheapest on shipping charges, however achieving a more satisfying service to our customers.
Therefore most outgoing freight is sent via our couriers COPE Sensitive Freight for country/interstate.
Some local deliveries are carried out by a local Melbourne company "Couriers Please".
All product must be signed for so please ensure that there is someone available at the location during business hours on the day of delivery.
If goods are unable to be received on first delivery, goods must then be collected by you from your nearest depot.

Excel HiFi Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit we therefore encourage you to take out insurance. We will do our best to ensure that all parcels are packed safely when they leave our premises.
For your own peace of mind insurance can be organised through COPE at an extra charge, Our sales staff will be happy to organise a quote for you if so desired.
