Postage Information

All outgoing freight is sent via our courier COPE Sensitive Freight.

COPE will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure that there is someone available at the location during business hours on the day to sign for goods. If goods are unable to be received on first delivery, goods must then be collected by you from your nearest COPE depot.

Our postage prices as follows:

Victoria: Prices start at $36*

All Other Locations: Prices start at $48*

Additional items are charged at $12 per item.

* Prices are for the first item only, and are dependant on size and weight of item..

Postage Insurance

Excel HiFi Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit. We will do our best to ensure that all parcels arrive intact and on time.
For your own peace of mind insurance can be organised through Excel HiFi and COPE, however excess is extremely high.
If insurance is required, we suggest you contact an insurance broker.
