The RX-V567 supports 3D transmission. So if you have a 3D Blu-Ray player and a 3D television, the RX-V567 will support this signal from Blu-Ray to TV. Having an AV receiver such as the RX-V567 ensures you will experience the quality audio incorporated with the movie while watching the exciting 3D imagery.
Using the optional Yamaha Bluetooth Dock (YBA-10) the RX-V567 lets you connect your laptop wirelessly to the receiver. Now you have the power to play all your music without having to ever get off the couch!
Audio Return Channel
HDMI ver1.4 not only includes 3D support but also the Audio Return Channel. This means that you don’t have to connect an optical cable from your TV to your RX-V567 receiver to get sound through your system rather than the television speakers. The audio is sent from the TV’s HDMI input to the output of the receiver, so all that is needed is one HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV.
