Yamaha is known for its high quality compact speakers. The MCR-E700G speakers are 2-way bass-reflex speaker systems, with 11cm cone woofers and 2.5cm dome tweeters that can handle 110 watts of maximum power. The speakers feature a similar luxurious and environmentally friendly finish as Yamaha’s fine grand pianos.

The MCR-E700G delivers 30 watts of power through two channels and provides full DivX, WMA, MP3 and JPEG multisession compatibility with navigation display that includes Fast Forward, Rewind, Repeat and Shuffle Playback functions. Progressive scan processing on the MCR-E700G for both NTSC and PAL signals, provides maximum resolution for a smoother film-like image when viewed on a high definition TV or large screen. With the ability to play a range of versatile formats and comprehensive disc compatibility to include DVD+RW/+R, DVD-R/-RW, CD-R/RW, DVD-Video, Video CD, Audio CD, DivX, WMA, MP3 and JPEG formats, the MCR-E700G is the perfect companion for all your entertainment needs.

The Subwoofer Out terminal outputs bass frequencies so a subwoofer can be connected. This not only provides the MCR-E700G with a bigger and better bass sound, but the overall sound field has much greater depth and presence adding greater impact to movies.

The MCR-E700G also makes radio station selection easy. You can preset as many as 30 stations for instant one-touch tuning, and with each one, the tuning mode (auto or mono) is also memorised.
